This lock completely freezes the left column of cups. Until you unlock it, you cannot access the crucial Cyan, Green, or extra Yellow cups buried there.

How it works: The Key is buried at the very bottom right of the right-hand tray. This creates a dependency chain:

You must clear the cups sitting on top of the Key in the right column.
Once the Key is free, you send it to the conveyor.
Only then does the left column open up.

This means your first 10-15 moves are strictly dictated by digging out that Key. You don't have a choice.

Sand Loop Level 344 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You have a 5-slot capacity on your conveyor belt. Never fill it to 5/5 unless you are about to dump multiple cups. Getting gridlocked at 5/5 while needing a cup buried deep in the tray is an instant restart.

1. Digging for the Key (Right Side Focus)

Ignore the left side. It's locked. Your focus is the right tray.

Start by clearing the Pink and Dark Blue/Cyan cups at the top of the right stack.
Send the Pink cups first. The bottom of the canvas is pink, so these are safe pours immediately.
As you clear the top cups, the stack shifts up.
Keep clearing cups (Yellows, Reds) until the Golden Key at the bottom is accessible.
Crucial Tip: Do not just spam cups onto the belt. If the dispenser is currently pouring Green (for the leaf) and you send a Pink cup, you waste a slot. Watch the dispenser color!

2. The Shadow and The Base

While you are digging for the key, the dispensers will cycle through colors needed for the bottom of the image.

Look for the Dark Red dispenser cycle. You need to drop the Dark Red cup (shadow) right after the Pink layer is established.

4. Filling the Zig-Zags and Fruit Body

Now that both trays are active, focus on the big blocks.

Orange Body: You will need multiple Orange cups. Alternate them with the Yellow cups needed for the fruit slice.
The Top Background: The Cyan and Yellow zig-zags at the top are your "dump" zones. If you have a Yellow cup blocking a crucial Orange one, wait for the background dispenser to turn Yellow and send it. It's high up on the canvas, so it won't interfere with the fruit below.

5. The Final Green Leaf

The Green cup is often buried deep in the left stack (check the bottom left).

This is the last detail. Do not worry about the leaf until the fruit is mostly done.
You will likely have to burn through some Cyan or Yellow cups to reach the Green one at the bottom.
Time this carefully. The Green target area is tiny. A short, controlled burst is better than a full cup if you can manage it, but usually, one full cup is fine as long as the surrounding Yellow is already filled to act as a barrier.
