You need specific colors to fill the rocket, but those colors are physically trapped behind layers of obstacles. You have to play the board from the bottom up while managing a very tight 5-slot limit on the belt.
The color palette is diverse. You have Red for the rocket nose and accents, White for the main fuselage, Yellow for the stars and the core of the fire trail, and Orange for the outer flames. Then there are the Ropes. Look at the right side of the tray. A thick rope binds a 2x2 cluster of Orange, Red, Yellow, and White cups. You can't tap the bottom cups in that cluster until the top ones are moved. This creates a vertical bottleneck. If you need Red for the nose but it’s at the bottom of a rope-bound stack, you have to find a way to use the Orange above it first.
The Switch Cups are the final hurdle. These are the cups with the circular arrows (Red/Blue or Yellow/Blue). They change color every few seconds. In Sand Loop Level 410, timing these is everything. Never hit 5/5 unless you are 100% sure the next cup is going to a dispenser that is currently active.

Once the top layer of the rope-bound cluster is free, start pulling the Red and Yellow cups out. You need the Red for the nose cone. At this point, the Ice Block should be nearing zero. Once it hits zero and shatters, the Golden Key will slide to the right. This is the "pivot point" of Sand Loop Level 410. Suddenly, the bottom row of the tray is accessible. This row usually contains the high-volume Blue and Purple cups needed for the background.
