Sand Loop Level 497 Guide: The Two Trees Puzzle
This is a brutal logic check. You are not racing a clock here. You are fighting gridlock. Sand Loop Level 497 features a prominent pixel art piece of two trees—a bold blue canopy on the left and a thick pink canopy on the right. Both stand on jagged orange roots. The bottom of the canvas is anchored by a sharp green grass line and a heavy red dirt foundation. A flat white sky fills the negative space.
Your tray capacity is locked at a suffocating 0/5. Deadlocks happen extremely fast on this board. The layout forces you to manage two distinct flanking hazards while digging through a blocked center column. You must execute a strict bottom-up painting sequence. If you dump the heavy canopy colors before establishing the dirt and grass, the sand physics will betray you. The blue will slide down the glass and contaminate the root zone.
Sand Loop Level 497 Solution: Painting the Trees
To beat Sand Loop Level 497, you need to understand the exact volume of your color palette. You are managing cobalt blue, hot pink, vivid orange, bright green, dark crimson, and off-white.
The danger zones are the thin, interlocking lines at the bottom of the canvas. Look closely at how the orange roots dig into the green grass. This is where most players fail. Thin vertical pixel gaps require perfect pour timing on the conveyor. If you send an orange cup too early, the sand will pile up in the center and block the green grass from settling into the bottom corners.
Fill order prediction is everything. You must build this image from the absolute bottom up.
- Dark Red: This forms the heavy dirt layer at the very bottom.
- Bright Green: This caps the dirt and fills the horizontal grass line.
- Vivid Orange: The jagged trunks go next. They create a cradle for the leaves.
- Blue and Pink: These massive canopies can be poured simultaneously once the trunks establish a physical barrier.
- Off-White: The sky is strict filler. Save it for last.
Tackling the Ropes and Ice Block in Sand Loop Level 497
The supply tray is an absolute minefield. Look at the left and right flanks. You have two sets of Roped Cups. They are holding your essential orange cups hostage. In the top right corner, a massive 10 Ice Block is crushing a critical red cup. In the bottom center, a Mystery Cup (?) blocks the deep access channels.
The Roped Cups act as a severe tax on your slot economy. Because they are bound together, you cannot tap just one. Sending them to the conveyor requires two completely empty slots in your 0/5 tray. If your tray is sitting at 4/5 capacity, the roped cups are literally unplayable. They will sit there, blocking the lower blue and pink layers, until you flush your current queue.
The 10 Ice Block is a proximity trap. It requires you to make adjacent color matches to chip down the counter from 10 to zero. You cannot ignore it. It pins down the right side of the board and creates an asymmetrical digging pattern. You must focus your early taps around this block.
Sand Loop Level 497 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Do not tap randomly. You must respect the dependency chain. A blocks B, so you must do C. The top layer of this board is a deception. You have easy access to green and red, but grabbing them carelessly will clog your belt.
Clearing the 10 Ice Block
You must ignore the lower blue and pink cups entirely. Focus entirely on the red and green cups surrounding the top-right corner.
- Tap the loose red cups in the second column to start chipping at the 10 Ice Block.
- Send the top green cup to the conveyor. The green grass needs to establish the baseline anyway.
- As the ice block counter drops, you will expose the right-side Roped Cups.
- Do not pull the ropes yet. Wait for the ice to shatter entirely so the right column drops down, giving you access to the white cups beneath it.
Surviving the Mystery Cup Trap
Once the ice turns to water, the conveyor belt will flood with red and green sand. This transition phase is dangerous. You need to keep at least 2 slots open here.
The center columns will shift, exposing the Mystery Cup (?). Tap it immediately to reveal its color. Do this while you have empty slots. If it reveals a blue or pink cup, leave it on the board. You are not ready for canopy colors yet. If you pull a wrong-color mystery cup into a crowded 4/5 tray, you will immediately deadlock and fail Sand Loop 497. Work around it. Pull the now-freed Roped Cups to send the orange trunks to the belt. The orange sand will wedge nicely into the green grass layer.
Filling the White Background
The off-white background is the final trap in Sand Loop Level 497. The white cups are intentionally buried at the very bottom of the first, fourth, and seventh columns.
Leave them there. The white background touches every single asset on the canvas. If you pour white sand while the blue or pink canopies are still settling, the colors will bleed. Wait until the blue and pink trees are fully painted and the sand stops shifting on the screen. Only then should you flush the remaining white cups from the bottom of the tray. Send them to the conveyor in rapid succession. The white sand will flood the negative space, wrap tightly around the orange trunks, and finish the level cleanly. Keep your taps deliberate, watch the slot counter, and the puzzle breaks open.
