Sand Loop Level 105 Guide: The Rainbow Zigzag Puzzle

This is a classic logic-heavy level, often called the "Rainbow Zigzag." It's not about speed. It's about disentangling a very messy, locked-up supply tray. The hook here is the Golden Key system. You have keys buried under layers of cups, and those keys are required to open the central locks that guard your primary Yellow and Blue supply. If you waste your initial cups on random pours, you will run out of moves before you even touch the locks.

Sand Loop Level 105 Solution: Rainbow Zigzag

Take a look at the canvas at the top. It’s a clean, repeating zigzag pattern.

  • Color Palette Deep Dive: You are dealing with the full spectrum: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple. The pattern repeats these six colors in distinct bands.
  • The "Danger Zones": The sharp corners of the zigzags. When sand pours, it tends to mound up. If you pour Red too long, it might spill over into the area reserved for Orange. Precision is key. You want short, controlled bursts rather than long, continuous streams.
  • Fill Order Prediction: The painting fills from the bottom up. You will likely need Purple and Blue first to establish the base layers, followed by Green and Yellow, finishing with Orange and Red at the top. However, your supply tray forces you to play whatever is available to clear blockers.

Tackling the "Double Lock" in Sand Loop Level 105

The specific obstacle defining this level is the Central Lock Cluster.

In the middle of the tray, you have two massive Red and Gold Padlocks. Beneath them are Yellow cups sitting on Ice Blocks (4 hits). To the left and right of these locks are Blue Ice Blocks (18 hits).

This layout is a trap. You might be tempted to just start clearing the Red cups on the far left and right. That's a mistake. Those Red cups are sitting on top of Golden Keys. You need those keys immediately. The entire level revolves around digging out the keys on the far edges to open the center, while simultaneously chipping away at the "18" Ice Blocks.

Sand Loop Level 105 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

The dependency chain here is strict. You cannot access the middle until the edges are clear.

1. Excavating the Golden Keys

Focus entirely on the far left and far right columns. You will see a stack of Red, Orange, and Green cups.

  • Tap the top Red cups on both sides immediately. Get them onto the belt.
  • Next, tap the Orange cups.
  • This exposes the Green cups sitting directly on top of the Golden Keys.
  • Do not worry about painting the canvas perfectly yet. Your priority is getting those keys. Once the Green cups are gone, the keys will automatically trigger, unlocking the Red and Gold Padlocks in the center.

2. The Ice Block Grind

While you are digging for keys, you have a secondary mission. Look at the two blue Ice Blocks labeled "18".

  • Every time you clear a cup from the columns adjacent to these blocks (the Blue and Green cups in the second and fifth columns), you chip away at that number.
  • Don't just clear cups randomly. Prioritize the Blue and Green cups that are touching those "18" blocks. You need those blocks gone to widen your play area. If you ignore them, your slot capacity (which is tight at 5 slots) will get choked by debris.

3. Cracking the Yellow Ice

Once the central locks open, you reveal Yellow cups sitting on White Ice Blocks (4).

  • This is tricky. You can't just pick these up. You need to clear cups next to them to break the ice.
  • By now, you should have cleared the "18" blocks or be very close. Use the space you've created to cycle through the Purple and Blue cups in the middle lanes.
  • Cycling these cups will break the "4" ice blocks, finally freeing your Yellow supply.

4. The Final Rainbow Fill

Now the board is open. You have access to all colors.

  • Watch your 5/5 slot limit. It's easy to get excited and tap five cups rapidly. Don't.
  • Look at the canvas. If the bottom Purple band isn't finished, focus on Purple cups. If Purple is done, stop tapping them! Waste creates deadlocks.
  • Work your way up the rainbow: Purple -> Blue -> Green -> Yellow -> Orange -> Red.
  • Keep 1 slot open at all times. If a Mystery Cup (?) spawns a color you don't need, you need that open slot to let it pass or to grab a different color to fix the sequence.

Finish the zigzag pattern carefully. The top Red layer usually finishes last. If you managed your keys correctly in step 1, you'll have plenty of Red cups left over to seal the deal.
