The "Danger Zones": The wheels are the trickiest part. They are small pixel clusters that require Dark Red outlines with Cyan centers. Because the background is also Cyan, it's very easy to accidentally pour your "background" blue cups into the wheel centers too early, or miss the wheel centers entirely and mess up the truck body. This is a usage counter. The number decreases by 1 every time you place a cup onto the conveyor belt.
It starts at 28. You must successfully load 28 cups onto the belt to shatter it.
Until it breaks, the middle column is dead. You cannot access any cups directly below it, and cups from the sides won't slide into that gap easily.

This forces you to work from the edges. You have to drain the left and right columns to feed the conveyor, all while waiting for that center column to unlock.

1. The Dark Red Priority

Your first few moves are scripted by the art. The bottom stripe is Dark Red.

Look at your top row. You have Dark Red cups on the far left and far right. Grab these first.
Do not touch the Cyan cups in the top row yet. If you put a Cyan cup on the belt first, it will pour blue sand where the red road should be.
Send the Dark Red cups. This starts the "28" counter ticking down and establishes your floor.

2. Managing the Wheel Hubs

Once the red road is done, the pixel art builds the wheels.

The wheels are mostly Dark Red, but they have Cyan centers.
You need to alternate. Send a Dark Red cup, then slip in a Cyan cup, then back to Dark Red or Magenta.
Gap Management: Keep a 1-slot gap between the wheel colors and the truck body colors if possible. The wheels are small; you don't want a massive Magenta pour to overflow into the wheel wells.

After the wheels, the truck body is a large block of Magenta.

Start pulling Magenta cups from the second row (left and right sides).
Keep the conveyor full (3/5 or 4/5 capacity) with Magenta cups. This rapidly decreases the Ice Block counter.

4. Breaking the Ice and Finishing the Sky

Around the time you reach the ice cream scoops on top of the truck, the Ice Block (28) should finally shatter.

This releases the center column. You'll likely find your remaining Cyan cups and the specific Cream/Light Pink cups needed for the top here.
The Cyan Trap: The background is huge. You will be tempted to load all your Cyan cups at once. Don't.
