Most levels put keys in obvious spots, but this one is buried deep in the bottom right corner, blocked by a mass of Rope-tied cups. If you just tap aimlessly to clear space, you will run out of room on the conveyor belt (Capacity 5) and deadlock yourself before you ever reach that key.

Let's break down the image you are painting. The color palette is distinct:

Dominant Yellow: Fills the bulk of the apple's flesh.

Deep Red: The apple skin outline and the seeds in the center.

The Danger Zones: The biggest issue in Sand Loop Level 59 is the Red Seeds. They are tiny. If you send a huge wave of Red cups too early, you'll waste them on the seeds and accidentally paint over the yellow flesh. Clear the top-right cups to dig down.
Grab the Key.
Unlock the Lock (top-left).
Then deal with the Rope cluster.

If you focus on the left side (the Rope side) first, you will fail. You cannot move the ropes, and you cannot open the lock. The left side is a dead end until the right side is solved.

Sand Loop Level 59 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

This level punishes you for ignoring the right side of the board. Follow this order to keep your slots open.

1. Digging for the Key (The Right Flank)

Your first few moves must focus entirely on the right side of the tray. Ignore the ropes on the left. Ignore the lock on the left.

Tap the Green and Red cups in the top-right columns. Get them onto the conveyor immediately.
This will expose the second layer. You will see more Red and Yellow cups. Send them up.
Crucial: Do not let the conveyor jam. You have 5 slots. If the painting isn't absorbing sand fast enough, wait.
Continue clearing specifically the column directly above the Key (bottom right). You need that Key to pop up.

2. The Unlock and the Shift

This releases the previously locked cups on the left.

Since the Apple has a lot of Yellow (flesh) and Green (background), releasing this rope chain is actually safe provided you have conveyor space.
Make sure you have at least 3 empty slots on your conveyor bar (0/5 or 1/5 filled) before you tap the rope chain. If you tap it while the bar is full, the cups won't move, and you'll waste time.

4. Finishing the Red Outline

By this point, your Green background should be mostly done, and the Yellow center filled.

The final stage is usually just the Red border.
You will likely have a surplus of Red cups sitting in the bottom tray (formerly the middle/bottom right).
Send them all up in a steady stream. Since the middle is already filled with Yellow, the Red sand will naturally slide to the edges and fill the outline perfecty.
